Harvest Hot Water is a hot water system supplier and installer serving Sydney and Canberra. Our business is based on three propositions:

• We spent 12 months researching hot water systems, mostly in Australia but we also visited five solar hot water manufacturing plants in China.
• We have an ongoing program testing and monitoring the performance of our hot water systems in Sydney, coastal NSW and Canberra.
• We have closely studied the hot water industry in Australia, from supply to installation, with countless discussions with plumbers, supplier companies and other industry actors.
• The result of all that is that we’ve found a water heater that will sharply cut your household water heating bills and emissions.

A hot water system should be there for the long haul

When you, our customer, have made a substantial capital investment, we want it to keep going for the long haul.

• We have set up the best maintenance practices to ensure that your hot water system can keep working for a good 15 or 20 years.
• We will encourage you to do the minimum maintenance needed to keep your hot water system in good shape, without having to think about it too much.
• If you agree, we’ll place you on our automated email list. Every six months you’ll get a text saying `go and tweak the pressure relief valve’. In five years we’ll say `it’s time to replace the sacrificial anode’. And because we know what human nature is, we’ll send you a reminder saying `no, seriously, you really need to replace that anode, or at least have it checked!’
